Notes:

On Windows, this function will not change the user's task bar settings: the 'Always on top' and 'Auto hide' settings.

On Macintosh, this function works under OSX 10.2 and later. There are differences between the way the function works under 10.2 and 10.3 and 10.4, due to Apple bugs and differences in implementation between the two operating systems.

baHideTaskBar( 0 ) shows the dock and menubar
baHideTaskBar( 1 ) hides only the dock on 10.3 and 10.4; hides the dock and menu bar on 10.2
baHideTaskBar( 2 ) hides the dock and menu bar on both
baHideTaskBar( 3 ) sets the dock to autohide on 10.3 and 10.4; hides the dock and menu bar on 10.2

The dock and menu bar will be hidden only when the projector is the active application. On 10.2, when the projector is activated again, the dock will be hidden again; under 10.3 and 10.4 it won't be.

The function return on Macintosh will always be 0.
